An Insider's Guide to TIFF

As Toronto's Film Festival nears its final weekend, the man at the helm advises how to make the most of your visit.

This weekend concludes the 37th Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), where Hollywood descends upon the northern city (and soon-to-be Equinox location), top-notch producers and directors mingle with celebrities, and the film world presents the best of both International and Canadian cinema. This year's guests include Bradley Cooper, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ryan Gosling and Marion Cotillard, at the infamously laidback yet influential event thrown by Piers Handling, TIFF’s CEO and Director. With just two days left to make the most of the occasion, Handling fills us in on the places to be, the libations to consume, and his very own piece of Toronto heaven that tourists, locals, and glitterati alike should experience.
