Alex Zimmerman is a graduate of Columbia University and a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience. Alex is the Director of Equinox's T4 Program, and is regularly quoted in media like The Daily News, Smart Money, Fitness, and Men’s Health.
Recognized in the fitness industry as a leading expert on exercise and weight loss, Dr. Dolezal serves as Associate Director of the UCLA Exercise Physiology Research Laboratory, and a faculty member at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He also holds two different certifications in exercise physiology.
Dr. Liebenson is the Director of L.A. Sports & Spine, and the first healthcare provider in California to receive a Certification of Recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) on Achievement of Recognition for Delivery of Quality Back Pain Care. He has also published numerous books, and is currently working as a consultant for the M.L.B. Arizona Diamondbacks.
Dr. Minich is the founder of the Certified Food & Spirit Practitioner Program and a faculty member at several integrative health institutions, including the Institute for Functional Medicine. She has also authored five books and more than 15 scientific articles on health and wellness.
